These exercises are good for people that are unable to leave their homes, have autoimmune diseases or other health issues but want to exercise and keep fit and healthy in the comfort of their own home…
Tuesday morning - 9 am to 10 am qigong and basic tai chi lesson
Thursday morning - 11.30 am to 12.30 noon - qigong and basic tai chi lesson.
Live Classes
These exercises are much more in depth with detailed correction and partner work to validate your new skills, here you will be able to follow the classes easier, learn and practice tai chi with others helping to improve your collective timing. we practice qi gong and tai chi at the live classes there will be some partner work to help you to validate the principles of tai chi and to increase ability.

Here you will learn and practice the forms in greater detail, and we can practice Prana Dynamics and qi gong. If you are a long-term student you will benefit greatly here as we practice Chen 4 direction form, Chen 18 movements form, Chen Hun Yuan 24 form and the Laojia 76 movements form, building the ball qi gong and so much more…
